I need to replace an infinite switch on my whirlpool range model WLP34800. However, I am having trouble determining how to access the switch.
There appears to be 2 panels in the back. One smaller panel reveals some wires but not to the top part where the control panel is.
There appears to be second panel which covers the rest of the entire back. However, there appears to be many screws (over 20) to be removed in order to remove the entire back panel which would appear to disassemble the entire chassis.

I am not sure if this is the correct way to get to the switch? Or should the switch be accessed from the top instead of the back.

Could someone please provide info/diagrams on how the inifinite switch can be accessed for this model?

Thanks
