Here are your parts

Here is the wiring diagram

You did not say what "stopped working" actually means.
What are the symptoms?

When you replaced all the parts did you actually check/troubleshoot the old or did you just replace them?

Could be you blew one of the thermal circuit breakers in the oven sensor circuit.
They should measure 0 ohms.

Sometimes they have a button on the back that pops out when they blow so they can be reset.

Try flipping the breaker in the house electrical box off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the lone without tipping the breaker.

I don't see the first paragraph I wrote sorry if this is a duplicate.

The first time it went down It was an f30 error door stayed locked and burners will not work it was repaired once or twice before for this under warranty control and sensors (it is a relatives appliance) and yes at least one of the oven sensor circuit read open with a meter I forgot which one though after reading posts and putting in new parts it worked 100% until anther self clean was done now it is doing the same thing again they dont want to keep resetting it. what else can be replaced to keep this from happening looks like so far it has had a new control, temperature probe and sensors in oven sensor circuit
