Which part did you replace: the control panel (#1 on the diagram) or the control board (#3 on the diagram)? What is the part number?

Gene.

Here is your tech sheet
http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208301758.pdf

Did you check the power to the unit.
You must have 240 volts L1 to L2 and 120 volts Neutral to L1 also Neutral to L2.
The board power supply uses Neutral to L1.

Note it is not uncommon to loose Neutral but usually turning the breaker off/on slowly resets it. Loosing Neutral or half the line, will not necessarily trip the breaker.

yes, I have 3 wire and one ground wire which are Red, Black and White,
Red and Black showes 120 Volts, Red and black goes to control pannel #3, Red (power) goes to braker or relay but another Red goes out has no power or juce at all. meaning relay might be bad or something else?
thaks
Mike

Mike,

If there is 120 VAC between the Black (P2-3) and White (P2-1) but the display is blank then the control board is defective.

Have you started Bake cycle prior to measure it?

Gene.
