I'm not getting any gas flow into the oven. The ignitors are not getting hot and both the oven and broiler are not getting any gas. Is this a oven safety valve problem??

Hi.

If I understood you correctly both ignitors are not getting red.
In that case check both ignitors and safety gas valve for continuity with a multimeter.
If all checks OK, get an access to the control board/clock, set the oven for Broil and check for 120VAc between P2-2(BLK) and P2-1(BLUE).
If correct voltage is present - replace the control board.
No voltage - check the wiring between the control and ignitors.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Manifold parts for Whirlpool SF385PEGW0 - AppliancePartsPros.com

Post the results.

Simon.
