Hello Joe,

The "F02" error code means "Welded element relays". Such problem has nothing to do with thermal fuse.

You have to check for continuity between any of P4-1 or P4-2 and P5-1, P5-3 and P5-4 pins at the control board. If any of these pair will read continuity, the control board has to be replaced.

The disassembly instructions are attached to the post.

- The control board Part number: 8302210

Part number: 8302210

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for Whirlpool KDRP467KSS07 Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

Default Removed access panel but my oven looks different

Gene,
Thanks for the reply. I read an old thread that you participated on that went thru several cards and ended up with the fuse so I was hoping I could start there and work backwards - but anyway. I removed the access panel and my card is shifted to the right so not easily accessed. I've attach a pic

Any tips on what to do next?

Thanks again,

Joe

Looks like this model is different with the model described in the manual I have. Try to remove the control panel. Otherwise you will probably have to remove the burner box. You have to see better then me how to access it. Use your common sense.

I got access to the card - maybe not the easiest way but I got there. Now how do I unlatch the connectors that appear to have a living hinge type of latch. I am concerned I may break the latches?

Thanks again

Gene,
I finally got the card loose and found a continuity between P4-1 and P5-1.

Thanks again,
Joe

You are welcome Joe. I'm glad you were able to do it. Hopefully the new control board will fix it. Keep us posted.

Gene,
Well I'm closer.... Got the new card and it didn't quite fix it. I found out I had blown the fuse as well. Now I have a new fuse but didn't record the orientation when I removed the old one. Is the orientation of the fuse critical? There is the white conic material on one side of the fuse - should it be pointed in a particular direction?

Thanks Again,
Joe

Hi Joe,

What kind of fuse is it? Do you have the part number?

Gene.
