our bake element was not heating. Since the broil element was working properly we assumed that bake element needed to be replace. Order de part replace it and still not heating.

If convection works OK (using this should check that the temperature sensor is good), then odds are high that the control board is shot.
The relay contacts on the board for the bake setting are not closing for some reason.

I would unplug it and open it up first though just to be sure that the wiring is OK.
