Default Oven Stays On
Model Number: JBP65GS3WH   Brand: GE   Age: 5 - 10 years

bottom element stays on... when switch is off.... I have to turn off circuit breaker.

I have tried to find the partnumber for the control panel as that seems to be the common answer. Haven't had any luck... any help would be appreciated.
