Heating elements are not turning on either on bake or broil. Temp indicator stays at 100 deg. Occasionally gives F5 error code. However, I initiated the test mode, and both elements are operating as directed and I can see the relay solenoid engaging when commanded in test mode but not in normal operation (I removed the cover from the power relay to check). Initially I thought I needed to replace the relay board (part # 74006612), but now I am not sure since it seems to work in test mode. Any suggestion for part replacement or further simple troubleshooting will be appreciated.

Hi. Before replacing anything you should check the oven sensor harness and connections (J10 at the relay board) and the plug behind the oven. Check the sensor's resistance (about 1100 ohms at room temp.). Do the test at the relay board connector. Replace if needed. Here are the breakdown diagrams and Oven parts for Jenn-Air WM30460B - AppliancePartsPros.comPost the results. Simon.

Hi Simon, Just checked the resistance across the pins of connector that plugs in to J10 at the relay board. It measures slightly above 1000 ohms. Is that good? Suggestion? Hi. Most likely it's OK. Check the plug behind the oven and if anything suspicious looking - cut it out and splice the wires, using the hi-temp wire nuts. If everything looks OK - then most likely it's the control board Part number: AP4088560

Simon. Thanks. You do mean the control board and not the relay board?

If the relay board works during the test then problem is not there. Most likely it's within the logistics in the main control.
Simon.
