Replacement part Y04100260 is not physically identical to original part (wire posts along edge instead of on relays). Old part has a series of red wires jumping from relay to relay. Do those go to the L2 posts on the new part?

Yes all the L2's should be tied together.
One of them should go back to the terminal strip L2 (red)..
