The switch for the front left dual burner loosened and slid down into the hole. I pulled it back up and tightened it up and it no longer turns the burner on and off and the "burner on" light stays on all the time now.

Did the the switch get shorted out when it slid down the hole?

If so what is the part number for the Infinite switch for the left front (as you stand looking at it) dual burner?

How do you acsess the switch, I see three screws on the front underside of the controll panel. Do I start there?

How is that switch tested for open/closed circuit?

Thanks,

Greg

There is a good chance that the switch is shorted out.
I see this happen a lot.
