Broil element in upper oven does not work. I have checked element for continuity (OK at 24 ohms) and overtemp limit switch for continuity (OK at 0.2 ohms) but there is no voltage at element terminals. Probably the problem is in the control board, but before I do that, I want to do "Quick Test".

I can enter "Quick Test" mode but the only display I get is two rows of red and green bars. Shouldn't I see an error code? What am I doing wrong.
