Hi there, we had a brown out in my neighborhood and when the power was restored my range displayed at F13 message and was beeping. I unplugged the range for 5 minutes and tried again, still the same message. All the heating elements function but the display and beeping remain. It appears that I need to replace the EOC (AP4554579). Are there instructions as to how to do this? Thanks so much!

Ida, Very good diagnosis, "F13> Bad EEPROM Identification/Checksum error.>
(F11, 12 & 13) Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If fault returns upon power-up, replace EOC."

Part number: AP4554579
Part number: AP4554579

And consider the overlay

Part number: AP4561566
Part number: AP4561566

They have a tendency to wrinkle and roll up when you switch them from the old clock to the new clock. Here's some help:
To remove the electronic oven control:
1. Disconnect power from the range.
2. Remove the upper back panel from the backguard (6 screws).
3. Disconnect, and label the wires and harness from the control board.
4. Remove the four screws. (One from each corner)
5. Reverse procedure and test for operation.

Good Luck and Thanks
