Model Number: FEF326AWE Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
Bought new clock/timer old timer model #316222803 has bake broil line. The new one has different model # with bake broil L1 L2 L2 out how would I rewire. I'm thinking L2 is stove top and L1 takes 110 from other leg sends through L2 out to bake broil

Here is the wiring diagram
http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodin.../316255163.pdf Without actually being there so I can see the boards I cannot be of much help. Looking at your old part number and what is current for this unit they look the same to me. I doubt that one of the L2's is for the stovetop as it is usually hard wired to the terminal strip. The current board that comes up (see below) has a L2 IN. As you can see it also has a L2 OUT but there is no part installed here. Does your board have 3 relays (large black parts) instead of just 2 (bake and broil). If it does then your new board probably includes a DLB relay that kills L2 power to the elements when the oven is off. The old setup would have been that L2 is always connected to the elements and then L1 voltage is switched by the relays to control the elements. Click on the picture for more views/info. Part number: 316455400
