Model Number: ZVB36SHSS Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
I turned off the unit using the selector switch and then attempted to lower it. After about a second the gear seemed to disengage and the unit fell the remainder of thee way into it's hole. Now if I plug it in, the motor continues to run and won't raise. Do I need a new motor? Gear? Or is possible that the gear just needs to be manually re-engaged?
