Model Number: PP975BM2BB Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Electric cooktop has developed a problem with all elements. Elements cycle on and off repeatedly and fail to general significant heat. Elements will cycle ON for about 3 seconds, then OFF for up to 10 seconds. All elements respond the same. They will heat consistently only on HIGH. We are using the same flat bottomed cookware that we have used prior to this issue.
Is sounds as if a sensor or temperature limiter that controls the entire unit has failed. Any suggestions? thanks, Ads By Google Related Models |
