The upper oven doesn't reach the temp selected. I notice that the element doesn't get bright red as it used to.
The other elements, broiler and convection and the lower oven elements, still get bright red.
I tried to remove lower element, but it doesn't want to pull out more than 2 inches. Do you have to remove the convection fan assembly, to reach the connections so you can replace the element?
I assume that the element is bad, how do you test it to be sure?
