Model Number: NA Brand: -brand- Age: Less than 1 year
Not really a repair question, but rather an advice question.
I'm trying to build a BBQ smoker. I plan on using Oven parts as the main source of heat. The interior dimensions of the unit will be 36"x30"x42". If I were to track down a 'True' convection assembly, would that provide enough energy to heat the interior chamber to a maximum of 350oF? Also, to control this assembly, do I need anything more than a Temp Sensor and an adjustable thermostate? Ads By Google Related Models |
