Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I have an Electrolux wall oven that was working fine, and all of a sudden all the lights went out and stopped working completely. I had an appliance trechnician from Unique repair to come out, and they diagnosed the problem as needing a board. I ordered the board and had them return to install it, and they said the part was defective, and it didnt work. The technincian said the lights came on brirfly, but everything went back out. HELP
