Double Oven - Lower Oven Does Not Heat Up
Model Number: KEBC208KSS04 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a Kitchen Aid Double Oven (convection) - KEBC208KSS04. The lower oven recently stopped heating up. We use it on average 3-5 times a year and have used the self cleaning feature. It appears that all the other functions are working properly except it just won't heat up. The top oven continues to function normally. I have read about a thermal cutoff on other models and was wondering if this might be the same issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
