Flash, then burner not working
Model Number: JB640D P1BB Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
We now have 2 burners out. With the first burner (the largest, went out a few weeks ago and I hadn't worried much about it) there was a bright flash of the burner, then it wouldn't come on. With the second there was a fizzle sound and then it won't come. There is power to it, the light for the burners saying they are on comes on, but the burners never heat, the other two burners work fine (the two out are opposite corners) as does the oven, timers, etc.
Is there any way to find out if it's just the burners that need to be replaced, or something else? Ads By Google Related Models
