GE Model JT980 Oven Repair
Model Number: JT980S0H1SS Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I am trying to disassemble the control panel on my built-in Trivection Oven, to inspect the control boards and determine what I need to replace. My problem is the disassembly of the contol panel (see attached diagram) . . . there are 3 screws on the bottom of the control panel which free the bottom for removal, but the top seems to be attached also and I can't see or feel any screws to free it for removal.
Can you tell me if there are screws at the top that also need to be removed? If so, is it necessary for me to remove the entire double oven assembly from the wall, to access the rear of the control panel to remove these screws? Thank You!! Ads By Google Related Models
