My stove/oven is about 35 years old and still looks new. Everything works, I am just trying to find a replacement oven door gasket. The repairman said I would be better off to get a new stove, but that doesn't make any sense to me. Anyone know of a supplier that might be able to help me?

Your model number seems to be short several digits.

The entire model number JBP74G001WH is not among those listed......does this mean there is no hope? aaaarrrggg.

I am assuming that this gasket is attached to the door.

Call the parts people at AppliancePartsPros, they have more info than what comes up on the site.

Even if they cannot confirm that the above is the correct gasket I personally think it is worth a gamble that it is. Usually most parts are the same in a appliance series of units.
