Hi.

Assuming that the top burners are working, then:
Most likely the ignitor is weak and not opening the gas valve.
To check it use the clamp on amp meter. To open the valve the ignitor should draw minimum of 3.2amp.If it's less then that - replace the ignitor Part number: WB13K21

If the amps are grater then 3.2 - replace the gas valve

Part number: WB19K36
