Does the igniter stay on constantly
Model Number: Jgbs523wel3ww Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I changed the igniter and it does work, but does it stay on all the time while it is trying to reach the set temp?

Hello Gene,
The oven igniter is also a safety device. It should stay on to keep the flame lit. Gene.
