Model Number: RBD275PDB15 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
27" Electric Built-In Double Oven Whirlpool
Oven a little over 5 years old. Oven was not even running but we heard it beep 3-4 times. After realizing it was the oven that beeped, we looked at it and noticed the clock was not even working. The only thing that will come on is the light inside the oven. When you hit a button it simply beeps. Strangest thing is the oven was not even on when this happen and we had not even used it that day. Hoping this is an easy fix ? Ads By Google Related Models |

We were not positive which breaker actually went to oven as none appeared tripped. But we turned each one of them off and back on. Now we did not wait any time- we just flipped off then back on. ? Thank you for trying to help. I cannot imagine anything going out as this oven has not been used very much!

The breaker for your oven should be a dual breaker.
Sometimes it is two breakers with a rod that connects the two breakers together. I cannot imagine anything going out as this oven has not been used very much! Things break, that is just the way it is. Your problem may be an electronic part on the control board. Low usage of a device in this case is a bad thing. A certain number of electronic devices will fail within certain time periods this percentage drops as time goes on so you are better off using the device so that the odds are higher that t will fail during warranty. Then after several years the failure rate again starts to increase.
