ES100 oven wont light

Model Number: TGFS26CSB Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

Takes 45 minutes to light up if at all, wont hold temperature.
Ignitor glows very hot but will not open the gas valve. I tapped on the gas valve (may have been the safety valve) and it lit right up. This is the valve at the base of the upright gas chamber leading up to the oven burner element.
Oven did not beep when it reached temperture. Lit right up the second time within 3 minutes. Did not light at all the third time. The burners work fine and light right up.
Could this be a bad ingnitor or a bad gas regulator\safety valve getting stuck? or something else??? Thanks
