Model Number: rbd305   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: More than 10 years   
Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com
have a whirpool built in oven that appears to be in preheat mode, although panel displays off. oven preheats to 350 and fan runs then shutoff for a few minutes then recycles...Have powered off/on at breaker. Oven still recycles.
Suspect Control Panel is problem....Info would be appreciated

Based on the info you provided it's a bad control board.
Very unfortunately it's no longer available.
Check the net for any company who might be able to rebuild the old one.

Thanks for the quick response, upon further troubleshooting there is a control panel PCB & attached to it is a microprocessor PCB..I'm assuming you are referring to the microprocessor as being bad ????
