JennAir Duel Fuel oven door lock motor continuously runs

Model Number: svd46800p Brand: Jenn-Air Age: More than 10 years

I have two probably related issues on this oven. The first is that the door lock motor runs continuously. Also, the control panel will only display "DOOR". I can not get it to enter the test mode.

My question is this. Is the likely cause a faulty control panel, door switch, or another relay board?

I do not want to just "throw" parts at this unit and waste my clients money on parts. The control panel is no longer available but I have found a repair service. The door lock mechanism definitely needs to be replaced because the gears have stripped from always running.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
