Model Number: Spectra XL44 Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
GE Spectra XL44 (new in 2002) - Gas range takes a while to ignite. Igniters seem to be sparking well. It seems that no gas is present for a while and finally starts to flow and is ignited. Once ignition has been achieved once, it is no problem to turn burners off and then back on again and they promptly reignite. It appears that gas is not making it all the way to the burners right away after they have been off a significant amount of time.
