OK, I give up on finding or getting the tech sheet for this oven I'm hoping that may be some one has seen this and can lead me in the right direction. This all started when it took a long time for the oven to heat up. The first thing I noticed was the baking coil would not heat up red. I then checked the baking, broil, and temp sensor they all checked good. Then I found 120VAC missing on one side of the baking coil. I then traced that wire back to a relay on the control board. The relay has a white wire (neutral) on the NC, red wire (120VAC) on the NO, and a blue on the COM. The relays contact on the NC was welded so not letting the relay to switch 120V to the COM which goes to the baking coil which was missing. Then I bought a new relay and soldered it to the board. The baking coil lit up red and the oven was working properly for a few uses then it started the same thing again. Tried another relay same thing!! So I then replaced the control board and the baking coil lit up the oven was working properly for a few uses and started the same thing again. I'm guessing the relay is welded again on the new board. I have checked for voltage on the neutral wire at the relay and reads 0. Could something in the top burner section be feeding power back to this relay and causing it to weld? I'm stumped and have had this apart so much I'm wondering if my drawing of where the wires go to this relay are correct but the same thing happens from the beginning till now. HELP!!!!!!
