This is a freestanding range with burner elements not the glass top model. The problem is that the control switch is arcing inside the connection where the where the switch connects to the burner wires. This is a 2010 model. I replaced the switch already thinking this was the problem. It stopped for awhile but started doing it again with the new switch. I fear there is something else going on making this happen. The wires don't look burned or melted. All the damage is inside the connector. Any help from anyone who might have had this problem.
