Model Number: FGEF3057KF Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
My oven has been acting up for some time. I have replaced the thermostat and that seemed to help for a little while but now only 3 of the 4 burners are working and I strongly suspect that the electronic control board is going out. Also, the oven won't heat up over 400 degrees and we have to cook everything on convection.
The control board is almost $200 to replace, if I do it myself. Double that for a repair person to do it. Is it worth the gamble? Or should I just replace the entire thing and cut my losses? Are there other things I should look for? Maybe a loose connection somewhere? Are these common issues? Ads By Google Related Models |
