JennAir oven not holding temperature

Model Number: not known Brand: Jenn-Air Age: More than 10 years

Our JennAir convection bake oven just decided to no longer hold to temperature. It gets to the setting just fine, cooks for a period, and then starts to drop in temperature! Initially it did it only when on convection bake, today it started doing it on regular bake - right in the middle of Christmas cookies! Help!!!
