Oven pilot won't stay lit
Model Number: CPR1100ADW Brand: Magic Chef Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a Magic Chef oven that I have had for at least 5 years. I'm not sure how old the unit is. The pilot light for the oven will light with the oven knob pressed in but it goes out immediately after the oven knob is released. When the knob is pressed in, I get a nice blue flame. I have tried holding the oven knob in for a long time (> 1 min) before releasing it.
I use LP and it has been properly converted. The stove pilots and burners work great. Ads By Google Related Models
