oven trouble

Model Number: Garland TE4 Brand: -other- Age: More than 10 years

I have a small bakery from home and have two Garland electric convection ovens, one is working fine the other has an issue. I turn it on and it starts up fine but trips the oven breaker at about 150 degrees, I restart it and it does it again at about 275 degrees but then after starting it runs at 350 all day long. Recently I've replaced the breakers. Service calls in my area are pricy and I'm only a new small home bakery, any help.
