Need help for Jenn Air double oven!!
 

I have a jenn air double wall oven JJW9827DDW and i have a problem with temperature. I set the bake preheat to 325 degrees and it gradually gets to temperature and then the read out says 325 degrees. However I have placed an oven thermometer in the oven and the temp is still rises out of control I stopped it at 500 degrees. This is happening in both ovens on bake mdke and convection. It also shows on occasion a lower temp in the oven and a higher temp on the digital display? This is a newly installed unit first time use. please \help. I must note that the breaker is on a double pole 30amp circuit if that makes a difference. Thanks

Using the multimeter check the both oven sensors for resistance. You should read around 1100ohm at room temperature. If it's different - replace the sensors
