Hi All,

I have this model oven. The oven door keeps opening especially on the convection cycle. I of course don't know exactly what it is and have narrowed it down to either the interior door gasket or the spring loaded hinges! What would you suggest that I attempt 1st? Thanks for your help!! John

If the seal/gasket looks OK then it is probably OK.

So the hinges would be at the top of my list.
First I would remove the door and reinstall it.
If you click on a parts picture a new page will open often with info on servicing that part.
How to remove the door should also be in the operators manual.
If you do not have it you can probably download it from the Whirlpool site. Should be in the support section (manuals).

If re-installing the door does nothing I would replace the hinges.
Check that the receivers inside the oven frame are OK but odds are it is the hinges.
