When burner is turned to low setting, it intermitently continues burning high.
Which burner?

Also after oven has been used and shut off it will continue to generate heat.
Which element is on?
Is it on full power or is it cycling?

BOTH 8 INCH BURNERS, TOP RIGHT AND BOTTOM LEFT. THE BOTTOM LEFT YOU TURN KNOB TO LOW AND IT BURNS HIGH. THE TOP RIGHT YOU TURN TO HIGH, IT GOES ON THEN DROPS TO MINIMUM HEAT.

I am not sure why the link was to finding a model number in my first post when you have the model number listed.

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

If both of these problems happened at the same time then unplug the unit and inspect the wiring to the elements. Though I cannot see anything that would cause this re: wiring that is common to just these 2 elements.

Odds are that the infinite control switches are bad but would be a very big coincidence if they both went out at the same time.
On the right rear it could be the limiter in the element has gone bad.

PS: WHY ARE YOU YELLING?
