oven light problem after thermal fuse repair
Model Number: KEBC208KWH04 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
Just replaced both thermal fuses after self clean function caused them to blow. But now the lights don't work.
When I hit the light switch on the touch pad it beeps three times, I don't remember it doing this before.
I've checked the bulbs for continuity, they are good.
I've checked for loose wire behind control panel, nothing obvious.
I see the light power supply transformer on then diagram, but I'm not sure where it is.
Is it on the board or somewhere else?
Could it have been damaged during the self cleaning overheat?
What else should I check?
I haven't checked for loose wire at back of unit, I don't recall any other wire connections back there. Should I pull the unit again and look back there?
Thanks for any help
