Model Number: ES200/300 Brand: -brand- Age: 5 - 10 years
oven self cleaner came on will baking an item, and will not shut off unless circuit breaker is turned off.

ES200/300 looks like a control board designation/class to me and not a model number.
It does sound like the control board is toast. You probably did not get a reply earlier because of the model number not coming up with any info on this unit.
