Model Number: kerc507ywh0   Brand: Kitchen Aid   Age: 5 - 10 years   
My oven/broiler does not work but the top burners do. Any suggestions?

I have this exact same problem. I have a Kitchenaid KERC507YWH0, and all of a sudden the oven and broiler do not work and the convection fan is not work. All of the burners on the electric cooktop work, the control panel works and the oven light works. I don't know if the previous poster ever received an answer on this, so I am asking again. Any help is appreciated!
