I was recently gifted with the Kenmore 790.94122400 Oven/Stove from a friend who didn't need it anymore, but I noticed the door didn't close all the way.

I asked him about it and he told me that it cooked fine like that, but I'm still OCD about the door looking proper.

I ended up ordering this Hinge Kit --> Frigidaire 5304445529 Hinge Kit - AppliancePartsPros.com

I then had a plumber and electrician working in my house and they looked at my stove, telling me that it wasn't the hinge, but that my oven needed a lever to pull the oven lock in to lock the door. I'm not sure I believe that.

The oven light is off when the door is still slightly ajar and I am sure that the lock isn't engaged because I can lock the oven door with the button on the oven.

Based on these pics, does it seem like I need to replace the hinges?
