Model Number: modle # RF378LXPS0   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 1 - 5 years

I am having a heck of a time trying to find the outer glass shield for our whirlpool oven and I am wondering if anyone knows the prpper term for it, or what the heck it is really called.
See the oven has three panes of glass, one on the inside, one in the middle and one on the outside. I have looked all over and everyone just looks at me funny when I tell them I need to replace it because ours shattered.

Can anyone help???
