My Maytag (previously called Magic Chef) gas oven with a touch pad will not heat - stays at 100 degrees, regardless of the temp I select. Everything else - burners, lights, upper electric oven works. The gas oven did get hot when I turned on the "clean" cycle but I'm not sure how hot since the oven wasn't particularly dirty.

Most likely the problem is a bad Bake igniter.

It's pretty simple. Remove the oven floor and the flame spreader. Do not forget to unplug the power cord or turn off the circuit breaker first.
