Our double oven has no lights on the top control panel. The lights in the oven come on when the door is opened. The ovens do not come on. We do not have any error codes as there is nothing lit up.

Check the thermal fuse attached to the control board for continuity.

Today when I woke up, the control panel is listing a E6 F2 error code. I have done nothing to the oven yet. The code just came on after being blank for a few days. Does anyone know what this code means.

See the attachment for the tech sheet.
Error looks like a connection problem between the keypad and the control board.
it can also be a problem with the keypad/panel or the control board.

I would try the following. Be sure to unplug or remove power to the unit when doing this.

Connector Cleaning / Checking
Unplug the unit
Open it up
Remove the ribbon cable from the keypad to the control board at the control board.
Clean the edge connector. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
If it is the type where there is not a connector just the insulation is removed, it can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as it is too abrasive.
Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for hairline cracks. A magnifying glass helps here.
Would not hurt to clean the connector on the board. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent evaporates.
Reconnect everything and give it a try.

Have done the cleaning and checking the continuity and nothing but when you put power to it, it comes on briefly, no display, ovens work for about 15 seconds then a series of beeps. I suspect the control board. How do I tell if it is control board versus keypad? Before buying new ones .

They do not publish the pin outs for the keyboard so you cannot check it.
So basically you just have to guess as there is no reliable way, that I know of, to tell which is the cause.
Since your symptoms changed my guess would be the control board but that is just a guess.

You may want to consider getting it from AppliancePartsPros as they will allow you to return electrical parts if they do not fix your problem, see their return policy.

Please do not just order both parts and return the needed part.
If people do this then they will have to change their return policy and that would be a shame.

Tried a rebuilt control panel and get new error messages. I am guessing it might be the keypad. Does anyone know what that serial number is for this type of oven.

Any other ideas?
