Following is the only info I could find on this manufacturer.
http://www.fivestarrange.com/public/...uct_manual.pdf It does have a wiring diagram for a dual fuel unit but I have no idea if it is the same as your unit. The elements look like they may have a hi-limit switch wired in series with them, perhaps it is open. I do not know where this is located so you will have to trace back the element wires to see if there is one. Replaced the bake element. Now oven will not come on. Why did you replace the bake element? Did you check the bake element with a meter? was there a visible problem with the bake element. Was the original problem that the bake element would not work but the broil element did work? I have good voltage on each element. I am not sure what you mean. If you have 240 volts across the element then it should heat up. If you are checking to Neutral/ground and are seeing 120 volts then that really does not tell you much, it is the 240 volts that counts. Also you did not say what the controls/setup was when you checked the voltage. First I would check the power. Next I would look for that hi-limit. Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker. Check the voltage at the plug L1 to L2 should be 240 volts L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts. If OK Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out If OK Check the power at the terminal strip. Do this with the heater off and on. Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!! Fan comes on. Oven indicator light does not come on. Looks like the fan runs off of half the line (120 volts) But the oven on light needs 240 volts. With luck someone else will jump in with info on this model or even experience with it.
