Hi Douglas,
Most likely the problem with your range caused by the shorted spark module (#10 on the main top break down diagram). In order to access the part you have to remove all top burners and the top panel. Each of the top burners mounted with the two screws. - The part number for the spark module is AP174421 Here are the break down diagrams for the Amana range Model ARG7300W Gene.
