About 2 months ago when turning on my oven to bake, I would smell gas, as recommended by sears I replaced the bake ignitor. It worked well for a couple weeks. Last night I turned it on and my house filled with the smell of gas, when I turn it off it goes away and then I don't smell it again until it is turned on. So tonight I used the stove top (which last time I couldn't use the oven so I used the stove top with no troubles) and it smelled like gas again, just not as bad. So to me it seems like it is the oven and not our gas line or we would smell it even when the stove was off but we don't. I am thinking it might be the gas valve/regulator.....any thoughts on other parts it could be?
