I'm having a issue with my broiler. Whirlpool Model # RF362LXSS0. I have power at Broiler element, power at Thermal fuse, power on the board at the con 2 pin 1 harness ( blu, black, and red wire), but no power at the board where con 1 pin 1 is ( white, brown, and black).

If you have 240VAC across the broil element contacts then it's bad element Part number: W10308476

Hi.

Please do this test:
With the control set to Broil check (using the multimeter) for 240VAC between connectors 4-1(Red) and 2-4(BLK).
If the correct voltage present check for 240VAC between 2-1(BLU) and 4-3(RED).
No correct voltage - replace the control board.
If you have 240VAC - check the thermal fuse

I checked between red and black ( on the same harness ) and had 240 volts. Then I checked between red and blue ( on the same harness ) and there was NO 240 volts. BUT, there was 120volts to each red, black, and blue to ground.

I'm sorry, but you mast be on the same basis with me. I'm asking you to check voltage between plug 4 - pin#1(red) and plug 2 - pin#4(blk) and etc.
I don't see what harness this wires belong to. Please confirm that you checked what I asked you to check.

We do need to be on the same page, but I feel like we are not understanding each other. Ok, if plug 4 pin 1 equals con 4 pin 1, I put my lead there... This next part does not make any sense, if plug 2 pin 4 equal con 2 pin 4, it not black its red..... but i put my other lead there any way. So Con 4 pin 1 on my board is red and Con 2 pin 4 is also red, and there is NO 240 volts there.

Hi.

Looks like there are different color codes on the diagram and in reality. My point is that if you have 240VAC coming to the board and not going to the element - it's a bad control board.
