New burner wiring method doesn't work
Model Number: jer8850aab Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 5 - 10 years
I replaced my 6" element with limiter on my Jen Air jer8850aab electric range and if I wire in the new element the same as the original element (only the new element has a metal jumper not a wire jumper) the new element works, but the hot glass warning lamp does not work.
If i wire it according to the new element installation directions, which calls for a new connecting method, nothing works. I am totally baffled as to what to do. Part number 74002653 Ads By Google Related Models
